I have a 2014 F150 and it's been at the dealer twice for service. When driving the high beams flicker, then all lights including interior dash turn off, the window wiper swipes once and the cruise control turns on. After replacement of the battery and the GEM module and the dealer working in the steering wheel for a week and a half they tell me to take the vehicle and have an open case with ford Tech. I've contacted ford directly and I'm currently on "tier 1" status.
