Put 35's on my 2013 Platinum

I added 2" AS spacers to the front, 3" AS blocks in the back and put on 285/65/20 BFG All-Terrain K02's (34.5"). Just picked it up from the shop on Friday and am really happy with how it turned out!

The tires look great...how much clearance do you have on the inside in the front close to the upper control arm? Son in law just put the same size BFG's on his F-250...he loves them so far.

Damn that looks good, also makes my decision in the next year that much more difficult.
Question, what's your gear ratio?

Looks good. You should look into moving the front plate to the side, it's currently blocking your intercooler airflow... wonder who did that?

That's actually the factory placement for the front plate on mine. I'm not sure if it varies based on the trim level or by year?? I know I've seen it pretty commonly both ways.

I did a quick Google search on the front plate being in the center versus over to one side. It sounds like trucks with the EB engine should have the plate on the side and the other engine models would have it in the center. I'm going to call my dealer to see if I can get the correct mount for an EB engine. Thanks for the head's up!

I'd be curious to know if this taller size is going to affect your fuel mileage much. I went from a 265/70-17 to 255/80-17 (1.5" taller tire) and dropped .2 mpg.

I think it will impact is some but it will be hard to tell because my speedo is about 5% slower than actual I think. The truck will probably show worse mpg that it's really getting since I'm traveling further than it thinks.

The eco-boost engine has the license plate on the side for air flow. Did you buy it new like that? I even had to laugh because I went to buy some towing mirrors from Craigslist and the wife of that guy looked at the front of my truck and asked me why I didn't have the ecoboost. My wife always points them out too because she knows from the offset license plate.

The truck didn't have a license plate holder when I bought it so I went to the dealer and bought one. They didn't ask what engine I had and I had no idea that it would impact the placement! Sounds like I need to get it switched.
