Question about 295/60/20, guys running them question

Ok guys gonna be needing tires soon. Went to my local shop today and test fit Nitto Trail Grapplers 295/60/20. Which is about 34.5x12.13. Fit, not rubbing by turning the wheel both ways at full lock. Probably trim the front plastic valence just to be safe but my question is the front back side wheel well. I have moto metal 5.71 back spacing and + 18 offset. About a 1/4 turn is its closest point and i can slide my finders down the body and have about that much clearance from the back body side. My worry is off roading wise,( like just driving on uneven dirt and maybe hitting bigger rocks) is there a chance the tire can bounce and clip the bottom of my bushwacker fender flare and rip them off? Anybody running this tire with bushwackers and have and rubbing or hitting issues driving off the road. Thanks
