Been away for a while but still have my 11' F150 Lariat SC 4x4.I have an annoying rattle/tapping type noise emitting from the dash area like in the middle favoring passenger side whenever I hit the slightest bump in the road.Dealer did something with the blend doors well over a year ago but it has reoccurred about 2-3 months ago..worse with colder/damper weather conditions.

G, I have an 09 and had something similar. Worth a try. The passenger side sun visor has a plastic round bar that fits in a plastic slot.Mine drove me nuts trying to find something making the noise. It wiggles and makes rattle sound that may be your issue as well. Just grab visor and swing it over toward door on next ride and see if that may be it. Was always louder in cold weather. Hope this helps.
