2011 radiator hose leak

i changed the coolant hose , that connects to the anti freeze plastic fill tank. it was leaking at the connection. Couldnt find just the o ring so I replaced the hole thing. it still leaks. took it back off and checked everything , and reinstalled it. Still leaks. I got the hose from Wichita Ford , so it is an OEM part. Checked the plastic tank where the hose connects to it , and it looked fine. Has anyone had problems getting this to seal ?

A well-known problem and so much so these guys came up with a kit to fix it. I put one on my 2014 fairly soon after I bought it new just so I wouldn't have issues. So far, no problems.
