EB accessories

I wonder how long its going to be before we see some unique EB related accessories for our F150s. I'm thinking a EB specific Bull Bar that not only protects that new... HUGE rad down low but does it without blocking too much(any) airflow. (no skid plate perhaps?) I've never had a bullbar on my trucks but with the EB I'd consider. They'd also have to provide a spot for the plate as typically the one side would run over where the new mounting point is.

I'm sure the programmers will be busy, and exhaust systems are a given.

I'm also seeing a scan guage type unit that will show us boost. I'd like a boost guage.

Any other thoughts...

I don't see me making any performance mods until the warranty runs out. It's going to be difficult, but I've got other outlets for my performance needs.

For me, my anticipated mod list is not EB-specific: the truck will get a slight drop, aftermarket wheels, spray-in bed liner, bed cover, and a full stereo system based around the Pioneer AVIC Z110bt sitting in my closet. There will be other minor stuff like glossy b pillars (if it needs them) and replacing the hideous blond wood (getting a black interior Lariat).

Once the warranty runs out, I'll do the basic bolt-ons: exhaust, cold-air intake, and a tune. If there are any other cost effective performance mods for the EB by that time, we'll see.

Yeah that motor is going to be tough to mod imo... to many new things that could lead to issues. Best to focus on appearance mods I would think for a while

Why in the world would you want to add a ruler to your truck?

Look at the Taurus SHO. Luckily, it paved the way for basic performance upgrades. I would imagine that a lot of the same logic will apply to the EB F150, considering the similarities in the engines.

I won't be making any changes that may void my warranty - like you say, I'll be limiting the mods to appearance, sound system, functionality, etc.
