There is a 2009 on eBay that says he has his truck up at Troyer Performance having a Rousch intercooled supercharger package put on it.

The Roush people told me it wouldn't work (i.e. not bolt on). I imagine if you knew what you were doing you could get any off the shelf supercharger and hook it up.

well that is true, but it would be cheaper to go with bolt-on solution

Kinda makes me laugh that the guy in the eBay auction managed to misspell Roush twice.

I would debate a bolt-on kit being cheaper - usually you pay a pretty good premium for a) the convenience and b) the research/development. Taking it to a shop to have them do a custom supercharger would obviously be spendy, so perhaps I should rephrase - "I imagine if you PERSONALLY knew what you were doing..." you could get/build the parts needed for cheaper than having it done or buying a bolt-on kit, notwithstanding the custom tune you'd need. On that note, you might be able to just get the 04-08 Roush kit and THEN have it tuned, while it might take some minor hacking, barring any major fitment issues. Obviously we're all armchair speculating here.
