All The Photos & Details From Jalopnik.com

Here is a link to all of the Ford F-150 details and pictures. No more V6's for the next generation, instead a two-valve version of the smaller V8. I'll get more details for everyone as they come up.

Thanks,
Matt

...thx for the update Matt. I noticed in your other post you mentioned if anyone had any specific photo requests for when you're at the show. I'd like to request a clear 'full profile' of any models from the direct side showing the full silhouette...if possible. All of the shots so far are from various 'funky' angles etc. I also have a request for information.....there's a shot @ pickuptruck.com that shows the 09s next to an 04-08 & also the prior gen to that.....the 09 does look taller overall than 04-08....would you be able to get overall height specs or just eyeball the 04-08 vs 09 as far as cab height & comment...it appears that it's maybe even 3-4 inches taller...but it may be partially just perspective. Thx for any info/pix etc.

I'll be talking with the PickupTruck.com people soon so I can find out specifically about that height issue , as well as with people from Ford. I'll also make sure our photogs try and get profiles of all the models, I'm not sure in what order they're coming up. Check back midday for the live reveals and we'll post those pictures as fast as our fingers and shutters can go.

No prob. That's high on the list of things I'm going to ask and probably high on the list of things that Ford's going to to be evasive about answering (I'm guessing because they're trying to balance fleet mileage standards). Here's hoping!

Closer shots of the interior, especially all the controls, would be excellent.

Also, there are no shots at all of the interior roof.

Heard mention of some kind of bed storage perhaps? What's that all about, and how about that obvios storage compartment under the "40" rear seat, what's that for? Jack?

How about the roof? Standard moonroof options? Or did they incorporate the Vista-Roof somehow?

Hey Matt, I would like to see the regular cab, does it still have the small rear door? Also can you get a pic of the interiors of the lower trim levels (xl, stx, xlt)

This is all great stuff, thanks. I'm not sure about the roof options, but with six extra inches on the SuperCrew I have to imagine there's lots of room for a new roof optoins. I'd also point out our good friends at PickupTruck.com provided us with the first video inside the F-150 Platinum at our 2009 Ford F-150 page. I just posted it seconds ago and came right here to let you know.

I think out of everything mentioned, what every single one of us truly wants to see more than anything else right now...

...is a really nice shot of the interior of the glove compartment!!!

I can't think of a more anxiously awaited photo!!!

Jalopnik, keep up the great work, and THANK YOU!!! (Just trying to get a laugh while we drool for more photo's/information).

Glad to help, you all are helping us out with some good questions/thoughts. You can actually get a tour of the interior from Mike at PickupTrucks.com by going to this F-150 tour link.

If possible can you get a comparison of the King Ranch vs. Platinum? Things like what features are exclusive to each model or options that are only available on these models. Pics of the KR interior would be a bonus.
