Need opinions on regearing

Hello I have read a bunch on the net but nothing with what I'm looking into so this is where you the member cone in to help out thanks in advance.

05 f150 screw 4x4 5.4l, edge cts, banks full exhaust, Ranchi quick lift.

Looking to regear I currently have 285/65-18 roughly 33's with stick 3.73 gears.

I'm looking for some mpg numbers and how well it tows with4.11 & 4.56 gears with 33's maybe in the future I will uo grade to larger tires but i like the way it sits now just looking for a bit more when towing my trailer in the mountains.

Thank

If you are going to go to the trouble of regearing, get 4.56's. 3.73's to 4.10's is not worth it.

If you even have to ask about gas mileage, put it back to stock height and tires.

I have 31.25" tires(p275-55/20s) and i went from 3.73 to 4.10s and did notice much better low end pull. Really moves when it shifts down while cruising. No change in mpg. i didn't want to take a chance with 4.30 gear whine and went with an OEM 4.10 quiet gear. i needed to go into it anyway as my seal started to leak again and i had noticiable play. RPMs at 65 are about 2000rpms.
