no mechanical air moving in 06 F150 stx

A couple of weeks ago, my a/c began sporadically moving/not moving air. I replaced the blower motor and the blower motor resistor. I still cannot feel air moving from the vents.

is the motor working? Could be a fuse or relay switch problem.
