Here it is! New JDM Fuel System

Got with Nick@JDM and he gave me the low down, this should be the latest and greatest info we've seen on this system to date. He's putting this info out to gauge who is interested so hit up the poll above if you are. Some words from Nick;

"For a while the only fuel system (other then BAPs) for the truck was the dual pump that Jim makes out of the stock hat and GT500 hat. That system cost a lot because we have to buy two fuel pump hats and Jim has labor involved. The TU272HP pump mentioned in another thread supposedly acts like nothing more than a 255 pump. Even if it is a 400lph pump the hat may be restricting it and cause it to flow less.

We teamed up with Walboro (TI Automotive) to build a dual 400lph fuel pump hat so the 5.4 F150 guys never have to worry about fuel system capacity again.

The install of this new dual pump should be very easy (direct swap)"

Well yes but it's a fuel system, I guess I'll put it in there with my supercharged brethren and let the moderators figure it out.

Do both pumps run simultaneously and how much rwhp will this setup withstand? And most importantly how much is this fuel hat gonna cost?

No actual power numbers yet but its a dual 400lph hat so I don't think any of us that own F150's will max it out. I believe one Walbro 400lph is recommended for a vehicle pushing over 500hp so a dual hat setup is probably well above anything most of us need.

As far as price JDM has yet to announce that but a Walbro 400lph drop in pump is around $200 depending on where you buy it so I would say it will be in the $500-$600 area. Still pending though.
