diff. between 09-14 lift compared to 04-08

im wondering what the diff is between the lift for 09-14 compared to 04-08? I ask because my buddys dealer got in an 09 plus with a lift on it and I have an 06 im looking to lift so if it would work I can swap parts.

Front suspension is different, the only thing that would be a direct swap over would most likely be the rear lift blocks.

Otherwise the control arms, knuckles, drop brackets, etc. would need to be modified to work.
