Starts cold fine, but not after its been running

Its been a hell of week, anybody want to buy a truck cheap ?

So back story, I change the plugs this week and then I replaced the cylinder 5 cop connector, cleaned the MAF and cleaned the throttle body.

I had the truck running good, but if shut off and run into the store (5 minutes) and came back it wouldn't fire on the first crank, so I would then try again and it would fire. Then tonight changed the FPDM since that was cracked and falling apart, I did another test drive and same damn thing, after waiting 5 minutes.

So what I know -
Fuel pressure is 38 - 41 give or take
Battery is 2011
Fuel Filter done last summer
New cam sensors both side this summer.

Anymore clues or just deal with it?

What year? If it's a 2005, you may have leaky fuel injectors. Ford has extended the warranty on the 2005 injectors to 11 years/120k miles - actually it's a "customer satisfaction program".
