That shouldn't be too hard to find:

- I dropped the part number onto Google and a few places came up right away showing availability, so check there if you want a new one.

- Keep dropping the part number onto ebay and eventually somebody somewhere will have one for sale.

- I'm thinking you wouldn't have to check more than a few local bone yards before you'd find one in a wrecked vehicle.

Hey ddellwo,

Have been on net about 4 days now, actually placed onders on both sites that show stock. Got emails DISCONTUINED PART NO STOCK. Had to credit my cc back. That is why I am trying to possibly find help here. Some where there has to be one(lol) someone wants to sell. The one listed for the 09 + I am sure will work, but it is only about 8" front to back where the 04/08 is about 12". Much cheeper than the 08 one though.

Thanks

I made mine for my '77 back in the '80s after I put the '86 Mercury GM 50/50 bench seats in, made it to fit the space from seats to back wall.

For my '07 scab, with zero space behind rear seat back, I did make the under seat storage as I could not see laying out the bucks for aftermarket when I have tools. Since then, a buddy bought a 13 scab, after looking at mine .... he made himself one.

Keep running the part number or short description on Google or Ebay too
.... one will pop up.

Unless you need something right away, keep checking ebay and the boneyards -- something will come available if you are persistent. Over the years I have routinely seen things on ebay that I thought for sure never existed anymore, so this one should be easy!

Another thought would be to see if you can find on ebay a listing for a set of seats (or some other component) out of a regular cab truck and then call the seller to see if they have the bin you are looking for. I'm thinking a lot of people might not even think of that bin being a "saleable" item and they simply do not list it when they are parting out the vehicle.

Good luck.....

I know exactly the bins you are looking for. I special ordered one for my 2005 and then my 2010. The dealer had never seen them before. (Or probably since.) That said, they're pretty darn rare, but I cannot believe somebody doesn't have one sitting on a shelf, in the OEM box - unopened. The question will be, who has that needle in a haystack.

Now if I knew where both of those trucks went, I could probably get you one ...

I'm not completely sure those parts are interchangeable, but then again, it's been a while since I messed with either of them. I ordered the one for my 2005 with the truck, so it came installed. They messed up my order and missed the one on my 2010, so they ordered just the part and I installed it myself. If the mounting holes on the bottom are the same, you'll be all set.

As unpopular as those bad boys were - because nobody knew about them - there must be a few hanging around. Good luck finding one!

Yeah -- my storage bin was on the truck direct from the factory, but I special ordered it that way. I never even gave it a second thought that they might be rare animals since it seems like such a logical addition to the truck from the get-go.
