2004 timing jumped?

Ok guys I'm a newbie here. Bought my first f150 last year. She was rough but I've given her a lot of tlc. Latest issue is the p0345 running rough unless you unplug a cam sensor. Just want to verify she jumped time before I replace the chains and phasers and vcts. I swapped cps's. I swapped vcts. No change. I yanked the left valve cover. With the crank pulley at tdc mark the left phaser is at approx 11:00 position. Is this off a tooth? Don't want to r&i the front cover to find out it's not the issue. Thanks for the input!

Are you talking left as if you are looking at the truck or sitting in the drivers seat? I found this http://www.f150forum.com/f4/final-re...-sound-141266/ To be a big help when I replaced my phasers and timing assembly.

Left being the drivers side valve cover. Phaser arrow mark shaped like an L at approx the 11:00 mark. Can anyone confirm I jumped time?
