Does anyone know where I can purchase a paintable bumper including the valence panel for an affordable price? Not that I'm trying to be cheap but I'm a college kid that doesn't make a lot of money to myself.

 

I'd be calling local junk yards to see if anyone has a bumper available. Probably the cheapest option, but pickings are usually pretty slim on bumpers as they are usually the first item damaged in a wreck. Next cheapest option is Craigslist.

 

After that, something like LMC.
