timing chain keeps breaking guides and passanger chain eating on cover hellp!!

Any one even seen this its on a 2005 f150 155k has phaser lock outs and when I installed them found broken guide on passenger side so replaced both chains all guides cam gear and tensioners drove it to the lake with a trailer and it made a constant noise like chain was rubbing on some thing so trailered it home and tore it apart and found passenger chain guide broken again and the chain had been rubbing on timing cover bad and also on the crank position toothed wheel put a new guide in and a new tensioner in and the chain slacks up enough to touch its self in the center any one ever had a problem like this oil passage plugged and not alowing tensioner to pump up?

Sorry, but had to remove the other thread. Two threads concerning same questions confuses those that try to help, so only one is allowed. If you wish to have this one moved to another forum, just send me a PM.
