I Have Another Car, a 1969 Ford Mustang That I'm Still Restoring & I Don't Really Wanna Pay Payments On a New Car Cause I Just Barely Got Done Paying Payments On My Truck

Tune up will help but nothing drastic , like said earlier it a 6000 lb vehicle, keep tires with right pressure, take any extra weight out if you can. Drive smart, tuner is your best bet but nothing out there is going to give you more the a few mpg over all.

Well, anything on/in the truck that wasn't there from the factory, otherwise leave it alone. It's a truck. It will get between 14-16mpg around town, deal with it or buy a car or walk.

If the plugs haven't been changed in 80-100K miles, it's time to change them. Drive with soft acceleration and don't let the engine go over 2K rpms. When on the highway, stay at or below 65mph, anything faster causes much higher fuel usage. Make sure your tires are properly inflated.
