08 F150 5.4L loud air noise when under load

So the last couple times i've been pulling the holiday trailer every once in a while when going up hill or even sometimes on flat ground this sound comes from the front of the truck and it sounds like a really loud wind noise. Ive been doing some searching and could it be a pulley bearing or a cracked PCV valve? it seems to do it most often when the engine is under load and once in a while when its not pulling anything just going down the highway. Any other ideas or anybody had the same nouise/problem?

Check the fan, when the clutch fails the fan becomes straight drive off the motor and will cause a loud air noise upon acceleration.
