OEM Tow Mirrors - Where to get them???

I posted this question in another forum but decided to move it. I have a 2006 Lariat SCAB. I'm looking to purchase an install some OEM replacement tow mirrors....power/heated/turn signal/puddle lamp. I keep seeing the same types of mirrors on different sites but can't tell if they are all the same manufacturer or not (such as Kool Vue). I'm leary about getting a non-quality brand.

Where should I look for these mirrors?

Just one good reason.....they want $389 PER MIRROR. Not having that.

Thanks for all the replies guys. Does anyone know if the ones at Tasca are KoolVue brand? If so, I may have found them cheaper.

thebigbc, thanks for that but I need mirrors for a 2006.....can't seem to find what I need on Ebay for some reason.

Alright guys....here's the main question. Are these all the same manufactured mirrors or is it possible that some have better quality over the other?

I found what I need on Tasca @ $170 per mirror.

I fould these on Ebay....$299 for the pair and shipping inlcluded

http://www.ebay.com/itm/04-11-FORD-F...25caf4&vxp=mtr

Then I found these on monsterautoparts.com for about $325 after shipping.

My gut says go with the Ebay for cost savings. I just want to be sure I'm not compromising quality. I want the best for my rig....I plan to keep it until the wheels fall off.

Sorry, but on a component like that, I'd eat the extra $30-40 and get them from Tasca. Guaranteed to be Ford OEM.

That's exactly what I'm trying to figure out b/c I agree. If the Tasca ones are actual guaranteed FORD OEM, I'll probably go that route, but if that's the case, why are they only $340/pair when my local dealer wants $775/pair. Doesn't make sense.

I am pretty positive that Tasca sells only OEM. Just call them up and see. They used to have a discount for Forum members, I've used it before, so you could ask them about that and maybe save a few more bucks!

Tasca is a Ford Dealership. They are Ford parts, good choice.

Glad you got them. I've debated the tow mirrors a long time. I would really like a set but I got through the bank drive through daily and it's so tight that I've tapped my regular mirrors before.
