04' F150 102k Spark Plug Change

102k 5 broken plugs 2004 5.4 3v

Had my mechanic do it, he & his tech said their worst record was 3 broken. Well I set the bar after my truck

Worth every penny of $375 to get them changed. He's done everything to my truck and it has been great work

Here are some pics:

He could have. His tech walked in and looked at me & sighed, they do tons of Fords and said mine was a real pain in the ****

The both have been ford certified mechanics for 15+years. They left our local Dealership when the moved to another town.

The 04's were the worst, because the factory didn't use antiseize on the shanks.

Should have run some Techron through the gas or gotten a BG/Motorvac job before changing them.

The factory did not apply A/S on '06's either.

I know because I pulled them when the truck was brand-new ...
