Hey guys I have an issue with my '05 F150 regular cab, the AC/Heater has a mind of it's own and only works when it wants to. I turn the *** to AC max it make a noise like a vent is opening from the inside of the dash but no air comes out, the same applies to when I turn the heater on, it will sometimes kick in if I turn it 4 but not always.

Has anybody had this problem? If so can somebody tell me how to fix it.

 

Ok I got an update on my issue. Yesterday the AC was working fine. After I got home from wor and parked the truck, my girl tells me that she wants to go to walgreens when I started the truck no AC but on the way I hit a huge pot hole at a stop and all of a sudden the air start to come out like nothing was wrong. Anybody got any idea?

 

most likely your blend door is sticking...
