Search around, it's been done many times. Heck, Ford even put one their from the factory, if you have that option. SuperCrewSound.com is one company that makes prefab boxes.

But on a side note, I still can't figure out how the hell to pull my rear seat out. I've got a couple amps I want to install...

yeah there are a few companies that make them, as said supercrew sound is pretty good. i have there two 12's box under my back seat. foxbox i think is the other one that makes some good ones.

to under dog: yeah the back of the seat is pretty difficult to remove the first time but once you figure it out it can be done in seconds with a flat screwdriver. theres a how to about it in the technical articles section

Check:

http://stores.ebay.com/Rodneys-Custom-Speaker-Boxes
http://www.foxacoustics.com/
http://supercrewsound.com/

Backseat tab, use flathead to push then pull up on seat.

after you get it out make sure you zip tie it so you can pop it out anytime you want.

Now ALL I need is th sub and the only place to put it is under the rear passenger seat,

I have a shallow mount pioneer 10" in a supercrewsound.com box. I am happy with the way it sounds, I have it set up to fill in for the low frequency, not overwhelming bass.

have a scab 07, put 2 12 kickers in a downfire box under back seats! Installed a 1000 watt Kenwood under the middle front seat so it is out of site and out of the way! Have had zero trouble and excellent results. would recomend the same for a screw.
Pioneer head unit that preforms better than any of the other high end heads I have used!
4 ways in all doors with digital tweets in front doors max sound no complaints other than from the neighbors!

I made a custom box out of MDF board found at Lowe's and it holds 2 10" lightning audio subs

Took about 30 hours to build all together and it's not the best box cause I was working with tthe tools I had available, but it works and it was essentially free since I already had the MDF board laying around.

I am in the middle of building a custom wedge for the middle rear seat that front angle fires between the passanger and drivers seat. I plan on building a front amp rack which it should all be done by Tuesday. I got tired of the shallow subs and under seat boxes and wanted some true bass.

box all resin'd up:

Sub that is going in:

resin doesnt make for much of a sealant, thats why i use liquid nails on all the seams, then 2 layers of resin inside and out but i ONLY run ported box, i just do that so my 4 12s dont rock the box apart, i also use dowel rod bracing
