My New F-150

Hi, I am new to this forum and driving trucks, well driving really (I'm 17), and just thought I'd show off my F-150, which I bought last month.

I bought these good year wranglers just after i bought the truck cause the tires it came with were junk but its really too bad because i wouldve saved more money and bought some bigger rims to go with new tires but oh well i guess i'll have to wait till these are done. I also recently took off the chrome fender trim cause it looked bad and im also considering taking off the stepbars cause the person that had the truck before me ran into a lot of stuff and they are covered in dents so. i think my first mod will be a leveling kit.

Welcome to the site. You should have asked for tires when you bought it and got it with the deal. They would have gave you mediocre tires but it would be good for a few years for free. I had 4 completely different tires on my beater when I bought it. Asked and received my tires with the car in with the deal.

Thats basically what I did. He wanted $14500 and I said well it needs new tires bad so how about $13500 and he said ok, so i got a grand off for tires. And better yet, since i bought them i got to choose which ones i wanted.

And what do you think i should do about the step bars? take them off?

You need them? If not do as you please. Girls like them, helps them get into the truck better. I don't want mine personally but I need to save up money for some side skirts before I take them off.

Nice looking truck. I like the red and gray color combo. I'd pull those door handle covers off and paint them to match the red. Those step bars flow pretty well with the bottom gray on the truck, but if they're dented up you should probably lose them. Welcome to the site btw.
