PTM mirrors and door handles help!

I have been looking around all week and I found a write up of how to do this yourself. I wanted to do this today and tommorow, I cant find the write up and if someone could direct me to it or tell me how to paint these step by step. I would greatly appreciate it.

I also went by the auto store to get the duplicolor paint, just making sure but since my truck is dark toreador red, I would use the T199 paint by duplicolor. Correct? Then use their clear coat also?

Thanks again for any help. Im a newbie to all the painting and stuff and just want to do it right.

Sand the plastic till the texture is gone, clean the plastic with rubbing alcohol, apply 3 or 4 coats of light coats of paint, then 2 or 2 light coats of clear coat. I did and and it turned out as good as factory, you just have to take your time and not be in a hurry.
