Here is my 2004 XL.

Nothing fancy, but i like it. It's pretty much stock, other than adding power windows, power locks, tonneau cover, exhaust and new Wheels.

Before

After new wheels

Thanks... make sure you really want them on there for good though. Took mine off a while back for a different look and there are permanent scratches where the flare meets the body at the top. So they are staying on forever I guess!

Oh, I see you already have them... Then you probably already knew that!

Yeah, passenger rear got knocked loose when a deer hit the truck back in Dec., and I noticed the same thing you did when I took it off to reinstall it. That's alright though, I have no intension of going without the flares since I need them to keep the dirt and other crap from getting all over the truck with the wider tires I have (plus I'm getting bigger tires in the near future) and I think it makes the truck look 100% better than stock!

My 2005

Pretty much Stock just the mirrors, Bugshield, drop-in K&N airfilter and the Magnaflow exhaust.

I can see I am in a bad need for running boards In the likes of Mana or Mitch150 they both look good
think some black ones would look spiffy

Nice new bumper and surround also... either you or someone added that... b/c I did not think you could get an XL with them.

It actually came that way from the factory. In 2004 (the first year for the new body style) the XL's came standard with chrome bumper, chrome grille surround and painted top bumper cover.

For a truck that didn't cost much I am happy as hell with it. Got it for $12,9xx when they were having the big sales last year. Great daily driver for me. I was happy to have ac and heat. My 95 mustang neither was working or taken off. I have a few things I want to get for it but may way till after I buy some stuff for my 02 mustang.

Good looking truck. I love 8 ft beds. Being able to lay stuff flat and haul is great. Where did you get your bed cover?

Silver was the color I was looking for but found a deal on a white truck. It was my second choice so I took it. Love the color of your truck though.

Thanks.

Yes, the 8 ft. bed definitely makes it nice for hauling larger items and still being able to close the tailgate.

The bed cover is a Berlin Cover. I believe they are made in Berlin, Ohio. I had a family member pick it up for me directly form the manufacturer when they were out in that area several years ago.
