Exclamation Vibration

2007 F150,XL,4.2 V6,regular cab,32K miles
At 65-70 mph I am feeling a slight to moderate vibration.I can feel it coming thru the steering wheel and somewhat in the seat.I've had my tires balanced at two different tire stores and have had the rims checked for any out of roundness or bent rims.They all check out ok! I did come across TSB #061916 stating;
"Shudder/vibration on moderate to hard acceleration."
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how was it fixed? I'm taking it to my local Ford dealer Saturday morning!

I have heard that factory driveshafts being out of balance can cause it

I have the vibration at hard acceleration even after the techs fixed the problem. All they do is add some shims to the leafs. It worked for a while, but it's back now. Your vibration doesn't sound related to it though.

Well I hav the vibration through my steerin wheel as well, and sometimes I can feel it through my whole truck. It's not as violent though as it may seem on mine, it's just a gentle shake. My dad's opinion as to what it could be is that if you have large tires (mine are 33 X 12.5), you could park you truck on a certain slope or something of the sort that makes the tire a little soft in that spot. After driving it for a while though it should start to go away after working the tire on the road. But that is, of course, only a guess, I'm no professional at this stuff.

Mine is caused by the cheap tires the dealer put on. I even tried getting them road force balanced with no luck.

Mine was doing the same thing. I finally got around to rotation and rebalancing and it rode smooth as silk for a few weeks. It started it again yesterday although not as bad. I think I have crappy tires.
