Talking I learned something tonight about 38" tires and small cars..

The 38s look nice on top of small cars. I was pulling out of a parking lot tonight and some dude ran into my truck while trying to skip around me to the right (in a very tight spot). He was trying turn right out of the intersection, I was turning left and there wasn't enough room for him to go around. He was going around me at around 5+mph and he hit my right rear tire. I put it in park and I jumped out; since his car was so little, my truck ending up on his car. My right rear was literally on his hood/left front fender/left front tire. The cop who arrived just so happened to have a F150 on 37s and was bsing with me about trucks when he got there lol.

My truck suffered nothing.. Nada! He had a big toyo stamp on his front end. And of course I had no camera lol.

Big tires - they look cool and protect you from little dumbasses in Pontiacs.

A co-worker of mine had his brother who has a lifted F250 powerstroke back over the front of his Honda Prelude. He didn't even see it. That's what he gets for driving a Prelude to the farm.

A while back, my dad backed his '92 F250 over a brand new white LeBaron while an elderly lady was sitting in it... hopefully she had her depends on.

He had to use 4x4 to get off the hood. It completely totaled the car. I remember he was cursing and everything. I was only 12 or 13... but it was funny as heck.

I have often wondered how bad things would be if one of us with a big lift got in an accident/wreck... the outcome could be wicked in some scenarios..

Glad to hear the truck suffered no damage

I haven't driven on any hoods but I hit a deer a few months ago and basically my truck just ran right over it.

My buddy was riding with me and he said it felt the same as when he runs over a squirrel in his car!

I didn't suffer any damage to the truck.

i hate to say but i got really drunk at a lsu tailgate and ran over a minicooper. A cop had asked my to move my truck into a tight *** parking spot and i was like uhhh ok. They said i got into the spot perfectly then i went to re-align and thats when i ran over the car. I got out and smiled, everyone had a huge on their face and i was happy as ever not knowing i was parked on another car, i never felt the car at all haha. Front passenger tire was on the hood.
