hopefully I'll be getting one too. For the first year and half of owner ship about once a week the truck would not start and acked like it was flooded. Once it did start it would blow a bunch of black smoke out of the exhaust. The dealer could never reproduce the problem so never bothered to look into it. It has only done it once or twice in the last year though.
Yeah it would be nice to get something on the plugs but I'm not holding my breathe for that one.

Received mine yesterday. From the letter it would seem that only 2005 models are affected.
I heard the term hydolock, what is that?
Was that replaced under the new warranty extension? If not what did that set you back?

Just replaced all mine last week with latest service replacement part. This issue's been buggin me for a while.

Hydrolock is when an injector, in this case, sticks open and floods the cylinder with fuel. Then when you try to start it it won't crank over and can cause some fairly serious problems.
If you guys don't get a letter if you have issues or are curious if it applies to your specific truck, just call any Ford dealer with your VIN # and they can run it through and tell you if the extended coverage applies or not. I believe if you've already had to pay for a fuel injector replacement out of pocket, you can get reimbursed if your vin # is part of the extended coverage of those fuel injectors.

PLEASE NOTE: This extended coverage program only applies to fuel injectors that are stuck open or closed. This program does not cover the cost of any other diagnostics or repairs not related to this condition. ......
So that tells me if a stuck injector causes a hydrolock condition that causes ring or lower end (related) damage, it should be covered......
