04 5.4L oil leak in Germany

04 5.4L oil leak in Germany
I need help,
Anyone ever heard of a front cast aluminum front cover devopeing a oil leak.
I am trying to speak to my partner in Germany (broken english and technical terms are difficult).
Back on 04 I shipped a new 5.4L screw 4x4 to him and the dealer doesn't have any manuals either.
Anyone heard of this?
Anyone have a 5.4L picture they can e-mail me so I can send it and find out exactly where.
Anyone have any front cover instruction manual links?

Tom,
I don't have a pic for you, however, I brought my 04 XLT in for a power steering line leak, and the service tech called me to say my front cover gasket was leaking as well. Had it replaced. Truck has about 44K on it.
