I'm looking for someone with experience on the truetrac, I'm wondering at what point does it fail to lock up when needed in their experience. Heard nothing but great stories from it.

the worlds fastes street driven Gen 2 Lightnings are running a True Track, but like you said when will it fail... i know a Locker will always be there for ya.. just go on the Lightning forum and ask around there are plenty of guys world wide using the True Track..

oh boy. Leave them negative feedback about the product instead of the customer service skills, thats more damaging. Speak about the products quality, etc instead.
