i installed the towing mirrors as they were on my 05 fx4 screw it all seems to work but when i turn the flasher on for either side it is dim and flashes the lite above the heated mirror buton, maybe i am stupid but i could not figure how to get the pin out let alone moved to the right location the diagram from tasca seemed off, any help would be great

 

you must have a wrong ground somewhere....in the 04-06, each option had its own ground. power had a ground, turn had a ground, and heat had a ground.

now on the 07-08, they all share a common ground. you need to make your door harness match the 07-08 harness with only one ground!!!
