Lifted truck at dealer!

My brother took these pics of a truck at Golden Hart Ford in Camden, AR. He said that the truck lists for approximately $40,200 or so and the upgrades add $4000. I don't know what kind of lift the truck has but the tires are 35" and it has the bullbar on the front. Looks pretty good to me. The factory wheels look good with the 35x12.5 tires.

Anyway, since this thread is worthless without pics, here you go:

Sorry about the pics being taken so late at night. My brother just sent these to me and I thought I would post em up.

it looks pretty good. I would never buy one of thoes show trucks at your dealer. They will always mark up those trucks 10x as much just because of the lift and wheels. $4,000 isnt that bad although it is just a lift and tires. The show trucks at the dealer around here mark up the truck $8,000. You could save yourself a lot of money if you went out and got the lift yourself.

Very Very true. I remember when I was back in Reno, NV., they had a brand new 1995 Ford F150 Extended Cab with a 4" Rancho lift, custom wheels and 33x12.50r15's. The dealer added 5000.00 in addition to the MSRP. What a waste. When I lifted mine it ran about 3000.00 with lift, rims, and tires. Freakin dealers

Dealership up here in the northwest had a lifted '04 (actually, just a level) with some 33" tires and 20" rims. Their markup was $6,500. Holy cowwwwwww.

When I started my quest for a new 05 in August, one of the local dealers had a lifter supercrew...added $ 8,000.00 to the price. The truck was equipped the same as the one I bought (same colors...), only I paid $20,000 less. They wanted $ 53,000. Although that wasn't as bad as the $ 59,000 lifted Titan I looked at.

They did offer to remove the lift kit if I would have wanted the supercrew...lol! What kind of idiot would go for that!

Regards!

Sometimes my dealership sends all the trucks away and by the time you know it if someone wants a factory truck we dont have them because they all have been modified.

Any chance it may have Donahoe Racing coilovers and shocks? It looks to be a bit high for coilovers.

I agree. That has to have a 6" lift on it, because I have the same wheel tire combo and my tires fit better. IMO. I'm sure the dealership didn't change gears for those 35"s. But that way you have warranty and they can't blame the lift or tires!

Hey 5151steves,

Any chance you bought that in dixon! It looks just like the one I was looking at...and is the same as mine except I don't have the lift!

Regards,
Kevin
