Lariat regular cab???

Ok...I saw something that is not supposed to exist...I dont think.

It was a black 4x4 reg cab..with Lariat grill and wheels. I am pretty sure it had tan leather interior, but did not get a good enough look at the inside. I did not see fender flares on it, so it makes me think someone took an XLT reg cab and fitted it with Lariat goodies.

Or...did Ford come out with a reg cab lariat.

OK, I've got the Lariet wheels on my STX reg cab. What else do I need to 'fake' a Reg Lariet?
Just curious. Have the FX4 IP, power locks, windows, getting the silver ac/ducts.
Not trying to fool anyone, just having fun.

Interesting.... sounds like it was an 'after purchase' upgrade though. Not sure why someone wouldn't just spring to get it in the first place. The retro must cost more in the long run unless the guy had an inside track...

Reminds me of a King Ranch someone posted not too long ago...

Of course it was just badging... it wasn't my truck and thus, not my business. This guy, however, had a little bit of a place having the badges on his truck; he was a ranch hand at the REAL King Ranch in Kingsville, TX.
