Relay, or fuses?

I was installing an after market head unit in my 2001 f150 xl, and everthing was fine, I had it connected already jamming, but suddenly my truck died, and now it won't start. Just a single click. Battery is good, cylonoid is good, and I ran down all the wires and they seem to be fine. Is there anyway this is a fuse or relay, and if so which ones?
thanks in advance

So, I just tried arcing the starter cylonoid with a screw driver, and all it produced was sparks, so I'm guessing bad starter cylonoid. It's just weird the way it happened I guess.

have you checked your fuses? You said it died, please clarify, was the engine running and then it stalled?
Although most fuses will "show" their blown, that's not always the case so a multi-meter to check is helpful.
Your fuse box diagram/descriptions are in your owners manual, if you don't have it you can download it here:

Although it may not be specifically relevant to your problem, what engine and drive-train in your truck. It may help others offer trouble shooting tips

It's the triton v8, whatever stock tranny came with it.
I'm on my way to pick up some fuses and a starter cylonoid. I will post results

I'm betting your PATS dumped all your keys... you did not disconnect your battery when you swapped out the wiring loom and radio... Dealer or Locksmith are in your very near future...
