What controls how far up/down the driver's window moves?

What controls how far up/down the driver's window moves?
Driver's window on full auto retract, only goes down about 3/4 of the way. Is there some sort of adjustment I can use to calibrate?

2001 Lariat.

You will have to take the door panel of to see why it does not fully retract.

The regulator is probably bad. order it from rock auto. Watch video of guys replacing on you tube. I've never done a f-150 but I have a few other cars. generally not that hard.
