If you'd like to try the "Search" function, you'd find the consensus is Techron.

Techron is the only one approved by Ford, and it does work very well.

I add my old used engine oil. It makes a bunch of smoke like seafoam, so you can see it's cleaning out the carbon.

I use Gumout for high mileage engines and I can tell a difference. It cured my boat engine miss too.

As long as it's the Gumout that has "Regane", it's just as good as Techron.

Make sure it's not the Gumout with Rogaine though, unless you want hairy fuel injectors.

If you live where Chevron gasoline is sold it is worth the extra nickel or dime at the pump as it has Techron in it. Texaco now is Chrvron owned and has it as well.
It is the one gasoline I miss - having moved out of Chevron station country.

Engine cleansers have to send the junk somewhere. Usually it's straight to the Catalytics converters. Use that junk at your own risk.

All top tier fuels have effective fuel system cleaners not just Chevron. Chevron was the first to develop an effective additive but that was 30 years ago. all of the retailer at this link are top tier. There is even argument that Techron is not the best one. http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers/
