To fordboy, I looked at your past posts and threads.
It seems you can't effectively express trouble indications that are useful in determining a way to help you.
You must describe the issues well enough for us to get something from it other than my truck runs lousy, rough etc. These are general descriptive words that have to broad a meaning.
Then you must be ready to do some checking and report your findings accurately.
.
Start with any codes set as seen by a Scanner.
Is there any cold start issue?
What has been done to the truck?
What parts are missing and why?
Until you get into these items, it will be hard for anyone to help you on top of the learning curve you will have at the same time.
Give the mileage and some history on the truck so some judgments can be made on possible items to check out as trouble causes.
Good luck.

You need some sway bar end links. The bushings on yours have rotted off. As someone posted, try rockauto. Id recommend Moog problem solver, if they make them for your generation.
Those end links are very easy to replace. You don't need to remove the wheels or even jack anything up.

A giant C-clamp would come in handy, though. When I replaced mine, there was not much room to work with without compressing the springs (via the a-arms or whatever we squeezed down on) to slide those insulators fully back into place.

I simply pulled down on the sway bar on each side when lining it up. Big tip: don't tighten one side fully and then try to do the other. If one side is torqued to spec and the other isn't, it'll be pulling the sway bar making it impossible to compress.
