Looking for some ideas for my Screw. Heres what it looks like right now

I'd say take off that windshield visor, and your truck is finished lol. It looks good!

Id paint the fender flares black and possibly add a grille guard. also have you looked into tow mirrors? i have them on my truck and i like the look. also twin cb whips on the tool box will tie the rig together
