I went home this weekend and while I was gone I let a trusted friend borrow my truck. When I left it was fine, then on Sunday I get a call from him saying the truck shut off and wouldnt start back up(luckily he was on base when it happened). He said the fuel pump wasnt cycling or anything but everthing else was coming on. Then today I jumped in it to start diagnosing and went to try and start it and it fired right up. And has been fine since. Im assuming it is the fuel pump because of the behavior. Also the fuel mileage has been rather crappy and seems to be alittle down on power and has 165000 on the clock. Like i said im guessing its the fuel pump.Specs are in sig, Thanks for the help

 

Mine did about the same thing...... then about 2 months later.... nothing.... was camping .... in the dirt with very few tools.... $120 and two trips to a near by az and 2 hours we were back in business...... dropped the tank and swapped them out....luckily was down below 1/4 tank.
