codes p0171 and p0174

i have a 2003 f-150 with the 5.4L engine in it and it is showing the p0171 and p0174 codes i jus cleaned the MAF sensor and changed the air filter what else could it possibly be?

Vacuum leak or air entering the intake tube after the MAF. Most common vacuum leak is the PCV elbow behind the throttle body.
