And what you said about contributing, many of the fellows are just learning and will get beat up if they speak. Forums are the real world and if you say something stupid you have to live with it.... forever. Kind of like when a chick lets a dude take her picture..

But thanks for your contribution and I promise I will contribute what little I can. I am an electrical engineer and a 70s/80s race gear head. Things are different now and I am just getting back into working on my own cars because of the recession (things are getting better, but I still cannot afford a new truck or dealer repair prices). This site and contributions like yours are awesome and what make having the internet worth the $40 a month.
Hey no worries glad you find it handy.

I'm pretty new to working on these things. I'm pretty technical by nature and learn quick. I contribute what I can. It was not that long ago I didn't know the difference between a ball joint and a tie rod end. Even though I knew how steering/suspension worked just by looking at it it still took a while to learn the terms and the ins and outs.
It's not rocket science most of the time you just need to know what is what. Having the right info makes a huge difference so I went looking for it.

In the last few weeks I've done tonnes of work on my f150 that I would have paid someone else to do in the past. Not because it would have been too complicated but because I lacked the confidence to try myself. Armed with knowledge and a few simple tools I've saved hundreds of bucks in a short time.

Thank you so very much for this! I have no problems extracting or opening any of the files with Nitro. Works great!

Missing section?

Does anyone know where I can find the wheel alignment specs for a 1997 F150? I can't find the section in this manual.

If you ask a front end shop nicely, I'd bet that they would look them up for you. They will be in their computer.

Of course the 2002 is missing - which I have.

Does anyone have a feel what the best year would be to substitute - 2001 or 2003 that were in the download?

Still good stuff - thanks!

Fella's, I have not been on here in almost a year (since I bought my 'stang and ultimately sold my truck) but thanks to another member that PM'd me out of the blue regarding this issue..... I am willing to help out anyway I can. I have both zipped And extracted folder files for this, but it won't send via conventional means. Meaning, the total file is 745MB, so won't attach to email nor will it go through AIM direct. So... if you are interested and have a delivery method in mind, hit me up..... let's see what works

Happily guilty

I took a shot and Red stepped up without reserve, really stand-up of him helping a complete stranger, for which I thank him again.

Also great to see others jump in with help getting it too, kudos all around.

And thanks too, to the original poster for putting it out there, and the recent thread resurrection for bringing it to my notice.
