How to remove rear ABS sensor?

I disconnected it, but cannot figure out how to get the L shaped piece out. It is cold and I don't want to snap anything. I took out the 11 mm bolt behind it, but that didn't do anything. I checked the resistance and it was 1750 ohms, that's good right? Maybe won't even need to take it out then. I'm not sure if I'll be able to check it with the tires spinning. No ABS light on, but the ABS is kicking in at every stop, the wiring in the front looks OK. How do you test those? 2000 F-150 4WD Lariat

yup after the bolt is removed it just pops off. Use a flat head screwdriver very gently.

1750 ohms is fine. Look elsewhere for the original problem.

What he said^, when my rear one went it said 0 ohms= cooked, fronts checked out fine. Yours could be a cracked pulse ring, from my experiences with ABS lights in other vehicles. Some code readers do ABS, which will tell you which one.
