i need to replace mine on a f150 4.6l triton v8 how hard will this be to do in back yard im new in here so be kind thanks pud

 

Not too hard if you can get under the truck. It's screwed into the block next to the oil filter and it goes a lot easier with the special socket.

 

 

 

I just changed mine a month or so ago. If you dont have the goofy socket, you can use a crescent wrench as well. I was too cheap to buy a socket I will never use again, so I just improvised, and it went smoothly. Good luck to ya!

That's just condensation. Very common, nothing's wrong.

Autozone may have that socket as part of their tool loaner program.
