Noise when going in reverse

Hey guys so I have an automatic 5.4 and I've noticed that when I engage into reverse and give it gas there is a loud popping noise. I think this has been covered before but I cant find it. Let me know thanks

could be u joints are goin bad.... hopefully nothing more serious

there brand new u-joints not even 2000 miles on them

popping?? maybe a clunking from a loose rearend

When you put it in reverse and it clunks, does it clunk going back into drive.

No its a popping sound. It just pops one time and its loud. There was a video of someone who had the exact same problem on here once before but I can't find it.

Anybody else have this problem? It sounds like it comes from right under the floor board. Thanks

Does it do it everytime? Just on an incline? Randonly?

OK well it does it everytime. It pops the second I give it gas or when I'm on an incline the second I take my foot off the brake.
