I hear something rubbing on the floor of my truck but when I get out and check it nothing appears wrong, so I get home and jack my truck up thinking it is something with the front driver side tire and I grab the tire and shake it and it feels loose so I take the tire off and put it back on thinking the lug nuts were loose but I can still shake it.

does this sound like the front wheel hub is going out.

 

yup...thats the hub. When mine went bad i could feel a very fine vibration in the steering wheel above like 55 mph.

 

Darn it I guess I am gonna have to deal with it till next week when I get paid or maybe just play it safe and borrow my dads car to go to work so that way my wheel wont fall off while I am driving
