Seat Belt

So the driver's side seat belt doesn't want to work properly..

It still retracts, but super super slowly. Like I can take it off, let it hang, go into a store, get some stuff, come back out and it still isn't retracted.

So I figured it would be an easy thing to pull the cover off and clean it out and such. I was wrong. Got the cover off only to discover the damn thing is actually down inside the seat further than I would have liked.

I cleaned out the pieces of the assembly I could get to and tried cleaning the belt as best I could, but all to no avail..

Any ideas how to fix this damn thing? It's annoying as hell...

Mine does the same thing. I had it replaced under warranty and the new one was still sluggish. I just learned to live with it.
