Ranch Hand Bumper

Has anyone installed or seen an 04 F150 with the Ranch Hand Front Bumper replacement as seen here:

http://www.ranchhand.com/news.htm

Are there any other relacements that have built it winches ? How about the rear bumper replacment, seeing as it is like junk in 5MPH reverse into a post test!

Rick.

I just got my Thunderstruck rear bumper and grill guard installed... I replaced my Manic grill guard.. this one is more stout than anything I've seen instead of round tube it is square tube with quarter turn... I'll try to post pics asap... gotta find a working digital camera... so may be a little while.. but I love it... it took forever to have made but I'm the only one with a rear bumper like it.

There web page is www.thundertruck.com

I just couldn't bring myself to cover up the gorgeous front end of a truck like that!

So, has anyone got one of these front bumper replacements from ranch hand yet? Or have one on order?

Reading about the deer accidents lately, has anyone here ever hit a deer with one of these replacement bumpers? I'm wondering how the truck would fare or would the frame bend anyway?

I put the Ranch Hand replacement bumper on my 04 Reg Cab 4x4 about 3 weeks ago. Then put in the autosprings leveling kit. My truck is exactly like the one on the ranch hand web site, and after installation of the leveling kit, it sits about 1.5" lower in the front than in the rear.

The unit is a little hefty and will take pretty good effort with one person to hang it. I installed the fog lights into the bumper, and the sit a little farther back and so do not cover the road as well as they did in the factory bumper.

I also ordered the rubber pads for the uprights, but have yet to put them on. It takes a little while to get the bumper unit leveled, but turned out great. Took about 5-6 hours to put it on.

Your picture of your new rear bumper and grille guard doesn't work for me. I'm very interested in the rear bumper. Could you email me a pic at texxx150@comcast.net

Thanks.
