I haven't had a business card, job sign or lettering on my truck for over ten years.
I prefer to subcontract, you just put in your 8-10 hrs and at the end of the day you're done. I have 2-3 General Contractors I work for and they just call when they have something ready.
I usually get there in a week or two. If a GC starts to slack off and become a slow payer, I replace him.
