Looking to lift the front of my Expy up just a couple of inches to level it out with the back, (want to lose the rake). Whats the best way to get the front end up a couple of inches on my 2WD Expy.

Yup, get a Daystar coil spring spacer, should run you about 50bucks, plus installation unless of course you do it yourself. Also a realignment.

This should give you 1.5in lift in the front, may not be completly level but pretty close.

 

Yep, Daystar coil spring spacers would be the least expensive, followed by lift coils and of course lift spindles will be the most expensive.

 

THanks , should be a pretty easy install, just compress the spring, remove the shock and throw it in, may have to sepereate the a-arm and spindle but probably not.

 

Alright heres the deal,I googled Daystar and they do not make a front spacer kit for the 2WD 97-03 Expedition, only the rear. They sell them for f-150's which is wierd. Hoiw much different is the F-150 front suspension than the Expeditions?
Any other alternatives you can recomend, without lowering the back?

 

The two suspensions are the same. The spacers for the F-150 will work.

 

I tried just compressing the springs to just throw the spacer in there but that wouldnt work. There wasnt enough room to get in there to put it in, I had to take off the top ball joint. (and in doing so you may need a realignment).
